The Fellowship is excited to welcome the 2024-2026 host organizations.
The new hosts include five high-impact nonprofit organizations that have hosted FAO Schwarz Fellows in the past along with first-time Fellowship host—826 Boston. These organizations will host a combined seven Fellowship positions for 2024-2026.
Audubon Mid-Atlantic, The Clay Studio, and The Food Trust (Philadelphia), 826 Boston (Boston), and the Museum of the City of New York (New York City) will each host one new Fellow. Reading Partners (New York City) will host two Fellows in New York.
The Fellowship program provides opportunities for new college graduates interested in social impact careers to be part of organizations that are deeply committed to social justice and equity. Through a combination of direct service and leadership challenges, professional development and mentoring, Fellows gain first-hand experience leading change and learn how effective nonprofits create lasting and measurable progress.
