They have proven academic excellence, demonstrated leadership in their college communities and are eager to immerse themselves in a two-year experience that will challenge them, train them and empower them with the skills and network they need to take a first step towards leadership in world of social impact.

HOW TO APPLY

Prospective Fellows apply directly to the host organizations.

The FAO Schwarz Fellowship chooses a select number of organizations to host Fellows each year, and these hosts are responsible for screening candidates, conducting interviews and ultimately selecting Fellows. We encourage you to learn as much as possible about the host organizations and review the job descriptions before applying.

Applications open each year in mid-November when we announce new host organizations and Fellowship positions.

Applicants must be college seniors at the time of application and be eligible to work in the United States for the duration of the Fellowship.
